Last Day For My Template Challenge --Free Template ;)

If you've ever needed to be Brave.... A freebie for you too!!

The inspiration for this kit comes from a brave little boy who is the son of a CT member of mine who under went some major surgery. The little boy and his story is truly amazing, and this little friend is my young hero! I made this kit for them so they have scrapbooking supplies to tell their story. However, we all have doctor and hospital stories to tell. Some of them are major events and some of them are just regular routines- regardless now you have a kit to tell your own medical related stories!
