Stack 'em up...

Here is what I have for you this week for your digital scrapbooking pleasure...
They are called Stackables.  Think of all the possibilities you have with these little templates.  These stackable paper stacks can be added to any size background paper!  Try them on your 12x12 layouts, or if 8.5x11 is more your thing- no problem, Stackables will work perfect.  Just highlight every single layer on the stackable and drag the whole thing into your project and use like a template! The possibilities with Stackables is endless.  For example you can use just one for a white space layout, use two in the corners for a split page layout, or you can come up with all kinds of pages using your favorite scrapbooking techniques.  Included are 5 paper stacks in PSD, TIFF, and PNG files.

Here are some pages by the Unforgettable and the Gingerbread Girls GS Site CT.  They all used the Stackables in so many different ways.  Think of all the different ways you can use them too!
by Chigirl

By Trica (also using a Mommy's Helper by Pretty In Green)

by extase (using Kiwi & Strawberries by GingerScraps)

Layout by Roxana using Remember the Moment by Unforgettable Moments (a GS Welcome Freebie not yet available).  She used 2 Stackables two different corners.

Layout by Dana using Easy Going by Unforgettable Moments

P.S. There is a chance to win these over at DST, if you'd head over there and leave a comment in the thread you can get a chance to win.  If you mention in the thread that you saw the Stackables on my blog than I will give you an extra chance to WIN in the random drawing!  (I love my blog readers)  :)

Today is Good Friday, and in our family that day is very meaningful to us.  We are excited about celebrating the Resurrection on Sunday at church, and seeing if the Easter Bunny leaves any surprises.

Here is a page I scrapped with photos from last year's egg coloring adventure

The darling kit I used is called Easter Pals by Truman Studio

I hope no matter what you are doing this weekend that you are making some memories.  No matter what you have going on this weekend there are bound to be some moments you will find unforgettable.

Help out a sick designer

I'm not sure if you heard the news, but Lauren Grier got very, very sick not long ago and was hospitalized.  She was diagnosed with life threatening blood clots.  Lauren works incredibly hard as a designer and single mother and her sole income is the money she makes as a digital scrapbook designer.  She is a very talented, and wonderful designer who sells at Sweet Shop Designs.  Many designers from SSD and around the digital scrap community put together a collab for Lauren and her son.  I just wanted to tell you about it so you could head over there, grab some scrap goodies and help her out.

Here is half of the kit...

It has 85 papers and tons and tons of elements.  The price is 11.99

There is a huge pack of templates for sale also...

Thank you for considering purchasing these goodies to help someone in our scrapbooking community as she goes through this very difficult time.

I hope you are enjoying the last of your weekend, and are making all kinds of memories and unforgettable moments!

Cuteness from the gallery

I found some eye candy in the GingerScraps gallery and had to come right over and share with you!  The title is so clever: Child Labour!  I love the journaling about how this little boy wants to help with vacuuming!  Can you just picture him in action!  Those photos with the boy doing chores are just too cute!  This is definitely an unforgettable moment (and I'm sure this layout will be very cherished in 10 years when he'll want to be paid for doing this very thing)  Check this out...

The layout is by queen.wild.  I think she has a really cool screen name too by the way.   Her page is linked so you can go leave her love in the gallery too.  She used a kit called Kewl Dood by Captivated Visions by Rachel AND a template from my Uniquely Composed Template Pack.

Watch your PM inbox queen.wild I have a coupon to the Unforgettable Moments Shop for you!  It is just a little thank you for doing such a great job with one of my products!

Remember If you make a page using my products (even freebies) make sure you add it to my Unforgettable Moments gallery at GingerScraps.  You never know when your layout will be featured here on my blog, with a coupon to go with it!

April Blog Train!

No Pirates Allowed!
You must have arrived from the Zee Pink Boudoir Blog , a fellow GS designer!  When you leave here the next blog on the list is The Brown Owl Blog
If you find you'd like the entire list you can head back to the blog train blog HERE

There are two versions of the sail boat- one with the skull and one without (the one with is pictured on the prevew).  My contribution was inspired my little guy who love to play in the bath tub, and pirates has been one of his play themes (especially The Veggie Tales "The Pirate's Who Don't Do Anything").
There is also a little coupon from my shop in there for you!

download from Media Fire HERE
The link has been tested and works.  If for some reason it doesn't work for you make sure it isn't just an ad.  Look in the top right hand corner for the "skip this ad" link.  If you have trouble with the download please try again.

If you download, I would love a comment from you!

I hope you are all getting some good info about how difficult it is for designers to deal with digital-piracy.  I was shocked to learn how much piracy goes on.  I hope one day it will be eliminated or drastically reduced.  Wouldn't it be cool if those doing the pirating decided to do something positive for the digi-scrap community with their time and talent?  That would be fantastic!  Piracy is a hard thing to deal with and sad when it happens to great people.  Lets spread the word- Say No To Piracy.  :)

I'm so glad you visited my blog, and I hope you enjoy my contribution and the April Blog Train!
