Do you have a Love Bug?
I have two of them: a three-and-a-half year old love bug named Nolan and a 16-month old love bug named Ian.

They are super sweet very cuddly, and all around fun kids.  I happen to think they are pretty cute too lol.  Yes!  They do have a feisty side, but in general they are my little love bugs!

This is where today's new release comes into play.  Today I am releasing a brand new kit called Love Bug

It is a cute gender neutral kit so you can scrap all your sweeties and sweet moments!  The kit was actually named after my oldest son.  When he was a baby I started calling him Love Bug.  Later I also started calling him Buggie because not only was he a love bug, he was a snuggle bug, and cute as a bug!  I thought there had to be others out there that needed a Love Bug kit!  And so Love Bug the kit was born.  Love Bug is regularly only $4!  However you can grab it on sale for only $3!  What a lovely deal!  :)

This alpha coordinates with the new kit.  The alpha has a crinkly paper/embroidery look to it, and is a very pretty shade of green.  It really reminded me of the texture of streamers/crepe paper that people hang up for birthday parties.  I think it turned out really cute, and I hope you like it.  It is pre-shadowed (at 120) with a slight bevel so you can use it as is and have it look like it "sinks" into your paper, or you can add a bit more shadow to it to make it look like it is raised on the page.  When I made the preview below I did not add a shadow to the alpha.

Even though I am now selling items in a shop, I'm still going to try to give away lots of awesome freebies.  Why do I do it?  First of all I just like giving away freebies.  It is fun to give back and give scrappers a chance to get goodies for free.  When I first started scrapping I downloaded my fair share of freebies.  Second of all I am hoping that when you get some $$ in your scrapping budget you will swing by my store first!!  I know I am just starting out and I just started my  third row of products in my shop lol, but I plan on filling it up for you.  I want to eventually become "your designer."  :)  Which reminds me... if you ever have a kit request I would love to hear it!

Challenging behavior!

Having a three year old boy I understand all too much about challenging behavior!  Good thing he is sweet and cute, because he sure does have his challenging moments LOL!  Now it is YOUR turn to be challenging!  Woo hoo!  (Hehe!)  Come join me in the Paper To Digi Scrap Lift Challenge at Gingerscraps!  You can find all the info right HERE, but basically we are using this amazing paper scrapped  page (shown below) my karenika as inspiration to create a digital page.
