If you are stopping by for the Sarah Bennett CT Blog Train then welcome aboard!  The train officially starts on Wednesday the 28th at 8am Mountain (I'm posting this a little early). 

It has been awesome working with the talented and fun Sarah and her beautiful designs.  Her design skills will be missed in the Scrap Matters community, but the items that she currently has in her store (unless it is a SM collab) are all 50% off!  You really need to go fill up your shopping cart with her goodies before they are GONE on the 31st of this month.

Here is my contribution to the template blog train...

The little hinges in the template were compliments of Gunhild Storeide's CU generosity.  Most of the items on the template are pre-shadowed.  If you want to keep the shadows than just simply keep them.  If you would prefer to add your own shadow just delete the layer style.  The download includes a PSD, a TIFF, and some PNG files.

Beating The Heat

Here is my thirteen month old trying to stay cool!

He had a blast with that Popsicle, and I just had to share my layout!  He makes me smile.  The colors in Sugar Sugar by Scrappy Cocoa were perfect for a grape Popsicle!  What a yummy kit!  Check it out...

I hope you are all staying cool this summer (for those of you in this half of the world experiencing summer that is).  Where ever you are enjoy all your moments and then... go scrap them!  :)

Currently we are doing some home projects so I'm not sure when I'll be back here.  I'm really in the mood to make some freebies though, so if I need a break from all this (and can escape) I'm firing up my machine and will make something for you.  Any requests?

He was so tiny...

I came accross this pic of my big boy and had to scrap it.  Here he is at just three and a half weeks old.  Now he is three years old.

Oh my goodness was he really that tiny!?
This little outfit he was wearing was one of my favorites.

Great Cause, Great Kit! Charity Collab only a few more days to purchase!

Have you seen the All Creatures Great And Small Charity kit?  Oh my is it ever cute!!!  I had to hop on here really quick to tell you about this charity collab kit that you definitely will want to get!

The proceeds of the kit go to help all those little critters affected by the oil spill.  Six bucks will get you over 95 elements and over 50 papers and all your money goes to the National Wildlife Federation.  The list of designers who contributed is listed below, I think there are about 16 of them!  Even if you don't need the kit you can still buy it to support the cause lol!  However look at this kit...
